By accessing or using the LuxB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using LuxB, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Use

LuxB is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects individuals who wish to rent fashion items (Renters) with those who wish to lend them (Lenders). LuxB facilitates transactions but is not a party to any rental agreement between users.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and profile information.
You must not list items that are counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited by law.
Items must be clean, in good condition, and accurately described.

3. Rentals & Payments

All rental prices are set by the Lender and displayed including applicable fees.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Funds are released to the Lender after the Renter confirms receipt of the item.
LuxB charges a platform service fee on each transaction.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are fully refunded.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% retention fee.
If an item is not as described or does not arrive, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Damage & Loss

Renters are responsible for returning items in the same condition received. Normal wear is acceptable. In case of damage, the Renter agrees to cover repair costs. In case of loss, the Renter agrees to cover the replacement value as assessed by LuxB.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Circumventing LuxB's payment system to conduct transactions off-platform
Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Harassing or abusing other users
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Account Termination

LuxB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive consistent negative feedback from the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

LuxB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
